The mess we made, Ljubljana

The mess we made on the threshold of conscious perception.
Displays of awakening traveling through the human condition.
Looking at the illusory promise (sea) of bad ideas.
Establishing the point of perception.

This exhibition was held in my small student flat in Ljubljana. The inspiration for this exhibition came mainly from the anxiety of linear society and the nuances of interhuman relations and relations between subject (me) and context, within which I navigate through my daily stages of imbalance. Its a visual contemplation of the unportrayed layers of being. Being something other than the sum of body, context, mistakes, and pain.

15.6.10 On a different note

Lately I’ve been inspired by:

Self help tapes, art-literature, perception in general, the Laibach exhibition, excellence and power. the warriors path. spirit. pitfalls.

As you can see the page is still under construction. I’ve been swamped with work, as my masters studies are soon at an end. I’ll be spending the summer “making love” to my thesis and then bam boom! finish school in autumn.  Some great new paintings are happening in my life right now, I’ll share them with you very soon.

In the meantime, I’m having a b-home exhibition, starting 9.6.10. It will all be documented and the images shown here.   THE MESS WE MADE

B-home is a new B-project which expands the gallery’s concept to new spaces and places throughout the world in true D.I.Y spirit

B-homes are B-gallerys satellite sisters where people are invited to create an exhibition in their domestic surroundings: their home, studio, attic or maybe their parents’ home. The exhibition can be minimalist or maximalist, ambitious or plain fun, group show or solo, intimate or open for all, it can last for an hour or go on for months -there are no limits really. The B-home gallerist also decides who is able see the exhibition live at their home. Others can enjoy the art through photos on B-gallerys web page (www.bgalleria.net) starting from the opening day.”
